Room Delivery and Reception Policy


After receiving a room reservation and completing the payment, we will confirm the customer's service reservation information via email, phone, or text message. We will process the customer's service reservation information and confirm that the service reservation information has been completed. Customers should present their service reservation information to our receptionist to check in at the scheduled time:

Check-in Time: After 14:00
Check-out Time: Before 12:00

Early check-in is subject to room availability at Wil’que. Any additional charges for using extra services, products during the stay at the hotel are listed at the hotel's prices and regulations, and customers are required to settle these charges upon check-out. Children under 2 years old staying with their parents are not charged an additional fee.
Customers are kindly requested to arrive and check in at the scheduled time and location. If customers are unsure of the directions or exact location, please contact us for assistance. We are not responsible if customers cannot find the hotel but do not contact our support department for assistance.
